How many flashes do I need for each body area?
Each body area requires a different number of flashes per session. Full legs: 600-800 flashes (15-20 min). Half legs: 300-400 flashes (8-10 min). Underarms: 20-30 flashes (2 min). Bikini line: 40-60 flashes (3 min). Brazilian bikini: 80-120 flashes (5 min). Full arms: 200-300 flashes (8-10 min). Face (lip, chin, sideburns): 20-40 flashes (3 min). Back: 300-500 flashes (10-15 min). Chest and abdomen: 200-400 flashes (8-12 min). Total full body: 800-1,200 flashes per session (35-50 min). With 999,000 flashes, you have enough for over 800 full-body sessions.
What intensity level to use on each area?
Intensity levels should be adapted to each area's sensitivity. Face and upper lip: level 1-4. Underarms: level 3-6. Bikini: level 3-6. Legs: level 5-9. Arms: level 5-8. Back and chest: level 5-9. Abdomen: level 4-7. The general rule: always start 2-3 levels below what you think you can tolerate and gradually increase each session. Can I use the IPL device on my back myself?
